I generally do not provide refunds after the product has been ordered so please make sure that you’ve carefully read the product description before making a purchase. Items like signed prints or books with dedication, for example, cannot be cancelled, refunded or returned once they have been customised. Each item is different, so if you do have a problem with your order then email me as soon as possible so I can look at the options. If an item is damaged on arrival then please make sure to take photographs of the damaged item as well as the packaging that it arrived in.
